Serve right away or chips will lose their crunch.
1 head lettuce, small
2 tomatoes, medium
6 green onions
1 pound ground chuck
1 bag taco flavored Doritos chips
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/2 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
salt and pepper
1 bottle Catalina dressing
If desired: cucumber, peppers, carrots, celery, black olives, etc.
Brown beef in skillet with taco seasoning
Drain beans and add to meat mixture
Toss salad ingredients together
Add beef and bean mixture and toss
Crunch chips and toss
Add dressing and toss
