Preparation Time: 30 minutes
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
dash nutmeg
1/3 cup clam liquor
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons oil
1/3 cup clams, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Drop by spoonfuls into very hot grease or oil (375-400). Turn to brown other
