6 large eggs

1 quart fresh milk

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup flour

1/4 pound butter

cooking spray

Spray 12" x 16" pan generously with cooking spray, then melt butter in pan. Mix thoroughly with beater: eggs, milk, sugar, salt and flour. Pour mixture over melted butter. Bake in 450 degree oven for 20-23 minutes.

Serve with maple syrup, jelly or butter. Cut recipe in half for 13" x 9" pan or in thirds for an 8" x 8" pan.
