8 eggs, slightly beaten
3 ounces cream cheese, cut up
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 slices bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons chives, snipped
Mix eggs and cream cheese. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cook until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist, 3 to 5 minutes, stir in bacon. Sprinkle with chives.
